Sue Roeder is a counsel in O’Melveny’s Silicon Valley office and a member of the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice within the Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on high-stakes patent and antitrust litigation, and she also handles trade secret, copyright, trademark, licensing, and commercial disputes in federal and state courts. Her work encompasses all phases of litigation, including dispositive and other key motions, expert and lay discovery, trial, and post-trial proceedings. She also has significant federal and state appellate experience, representing clients at the certiorari and merits stages as well as co-authoring amicus briefs.
