Sujohn Das

Sujohn Das counsels clients in a wide array of intellectual property matters, including the acquisition of intellectual property, management and growth of patent portfolios, and strategies for protection of intellectual property. He has a particular focus on oilfield services and medical device companies.

Sujohn’s experience includes representing US and foreign clients in the aerospace, automotive, building systems, cargo systems, oil and gas, and software industries. He is skilled at providing opinions regarding patent infringement and invalidity, and drafting complex utility patent applications, design patent applications and responses in US and foreign patent cases.
Prior to entering law school, Sujohn worked at a multinational technology company. He earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
