Sundar Subramanyam is a senior attorney in the firm’s Litigation Department and a member of its Intellectual Property Group. He concentrates his practice on intellectual property and patent litigation in the pharmaceutical, chemical, medical device and biotechnology areas. Dr. Subramanyam joined Goodwin Procter in 2005.

Dr. Subramanyam has advised clients on a variety of intellectual property issues in the pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnology, medical device and material science areas. His experience includes patent litigation, patentability and invalidity opinions, freedom to operate and due diligence, intellectual property development and patent prosecution.
