Susan Alker (San Francisco) is Medley’s Deputy General Counsel of Lending and Investing. Prior to joining Medley, Ms. Alker was a Partner with Reed Smith, LLP where she was a member of the Financial Industry Practice Group. Before joining Reed Smith, LLP, Ms. Alker was a Partner with Winston Strawn, LLP, Counsel at O’Melveny & Myers, LLP, a Law Clerk for the Hon. Christina Snyder, U.S. District Court, Central District of California and a Contract Administrator with Parsons Corporation. Ms. Alker received a BA from Ambassador University, an MBA from California State University and a JD from University of California, Los Angeles
