Susie is author of the legal note "Can You Hear Me Now? Good.™ The Nextwave of Options for the FCC, in Light of FCC v. Nextwave Personal Communications, Inc.," 20 Akron Tax J. 85 (2005). In Nextwave, the Supreme Court held that the Bankruptcy Code prohibited the FCC from revoking licenses held by a debtor upon the debtor's failure to make timely payments to the FCC for purchase of the licenses.
