Susan Thomas has represented numerous large and small companies in personal injury and business disputes. She has a wide range of experience in case development from initial case evaluation through trial. Ms. Thomas also has significant experience in document management. Her trial practice currently focuses on toxic tort and other products liability litigation.

Ms. Thomas serves as national benzene litigation counsel for a major chemical company. In that role, she manages and oversees the defense of the client’s pending benzene cases throughout the country. She also has served as regional counsel in asbestos premises and products liability litigation, supervising the work-up of and coordinating the defense of cases pending in jurisdictions throughout the United States.
