Susan L. Ruebush joined Cooley in 1989 as an associate in the Litigation department. She is a member of the Firm's Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice group and is resident in the San Francisco office.
Ms. Ruebush's practice is concentrated in the area of creditors' rights, bankruptcy and insolvency issues, from both the creditor's and debtor's perspective.
Ms. Ruebush received a JD, magna cum laude, in 1988 from the University of New Mexico School of Law, where she was elected to Order of the Coif, graduated with honors in Clinical Law, and was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Contracts. She received an AB in Psychology from Stanford University in 1985. While an attorney with Cooley, she earned an MS in Psychology from the University of New Mexico, which she received in 1996.
Ms. Ruebush is a member of the State Bar of California.
