Susan M. Clare

Susan Clare

is a senior associate in King & Spalding’s Tort and Environmental Law Practice Group. Ms. Clare’s practice focuses on the representation of corporations in the automotive, energy, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. Her experience includes litigating personal injury and wrongful death actions in the most dangerous jurisdictions, helping clients respond to congressional and governmental inquiries, and maintaining a successful appellate practice in state and federal courts across the country. Ms. Clare is also a member of the firm’s E-Discovery Group and advises clients on a variety of E-Discovery issues, including both litigation preparedness and discovery strategy in active litigation.
