Ms. Yeghiazarians is counsel in the Labor and Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw's San Francisco office. Her practice is focused on employment litigation on behalf of management.

Ms. Yeghiazarians defends employers against lawsuits for wrongful termination, workplace discrimination and harassment, family and medical leave law violations and breach of contract. Ms. Yeghiazarians also provides advice and counsel related to employment issues and defends employers in wage and hour matters, including class action lawsuits. She also has extensive experience representing employers in proceedings before state and federal administrative agencies and tribunals, including the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the California Department of Industrial Relations – Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.

Ms. Yeghiazarians has defended a number of wage and hour class actions in recent years including claims involving misclassification, denials of vacation wages, unpaid overtime, off-the-clock work, reporting time pay, and denials of meal periods.

Ms. Yeghiazarians has experience litigating matters from inception through the appellate stage before California Courts and the Ninth Circuit.

While in law school, Ms. Yeghiazarians externed with the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, and the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
