T. Justin Moore

For 30 years, Jay has represented a diverse group of public and private companies as well as private equity firms. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance and private equity. Jay has extensive experience representing public companies in connection with M&A transactions, financings and joint ventures. On the private equity side, he regularly represents private equity firms in acquisitions and investment transactions, and represents portfolio companies in financings, acquisitions and exit transactions through a sale or IPO. He represents clients in a broad range of industries, including consumer products, financial institutions, energy, software, health care, chemicals and manufacturing.
