T. Tucker Ronzetti

Tucker Ronzetti is a shareholder and head of the firm’s commercial and complex litigation department. He has handled numerous trials and appeals in both state and federal court.

Tucker’s practice at the firm focuses on complex commercial litigation, financial fraud, antitrust and class actions, and he handles some of the firm’s largest litigation matters. He has particular expertise in filing claims involving financial institutions, accounting firms, and others for participation in Ponzi schemes and similar investor fraud.

Prior to joining the firm, Tucker was an Assistant County Attorney for Miami-Dade County, where he litigated and tried a variety of commercial, labor, civil rights, and other cases, and handled numerous appeals. While attending the University of Miami School of Law, Tucker served as editor-in-chief of the University of Miami Law Review. Tucker has served as an adjunct professor for the University of Miami School of Law since 1992.
