Tali Sealman

Tali Sealman is a special counsel in the Business department of Cooley and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group and the Emerging Companies practice group. She joined the Firm in 2005 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.

Ms. Sealman has a general business and corporate practice with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and representation of high-growth companies throughout their entire lifecycle.
