ania Cruz focuses her practice on commercial and international litigation. She has experience representing airport concessionaires, Latin America-based airlines, international breweries, hotels, media and entertainment companies, commercial developers, international insurance and finance organizations as well as private clients in issues related to immigration. She also represents some of the largest financial institutions in the United States in a variety of commercial disputes.

In addition to her commercial litigation work, Ms. Cruz has experience in white collar criminal investigations and corporate compliance, particularly with regard to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act.

Ms. Cruz travels to Latin America to lecture on issues related to business in Florida. She also conducts presentations on issues relating to FCPA and UK Bribery Act compliance.

Her pro bono work includes serving as Criminal Justice Act counsel for various indigent criminal defendants before the Southern District of Florida.
