Taylor Wemmer is an associate in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s San Diego office.

Ms. Wemmer received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, cum laude, and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Ms. Wemmer was a Lead Articles Editor on the San Diego Law Review, competed as a member of the University of San Diego Appellate Moot Court Team, received a CALI award for academic excellence in Advanced Legal Research, and was a teaching assistant for the first year legal research and writing course. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Anthony J. Battaglia in the United States District Court, Southern District of California and the Honorable Margaret M. Mann in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of California.

Ms. Wemmer received her B.A. in History and Classical Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude, in 2008.

Ms. Wemmer is admitted to practice in California and is a member of the American Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association, and the Lawyer’s Club of San Diego.
