Spence Pryor is a seasoned trial lawyer and an experienced investigator. He helps businesses, boards, universities, non-profits, executives and individuals solve and avoid legal problems of all types. As a former assistant U.S. attorney and counsel to the Deputy Attorney General, Spence has unique experience handling a myriad of legal matters. Spence has successfully handled matters throughout the United States as well as internationally. He was a member of Georgia's Judicial Nominating Committee under Governor Perdue.

Spence concentrates his practice in the areas of white collar criminal defense, government (state and federal) investigations, and congressional investigations. Spence’s practice includes: corporate compliance; health care litigation; defending and investigating False Claims Act matters; Foreign Corrupt Practice Act matters; state AG investigations related to consumer protection issues including, but not limited to, deceptive and unfair trade practices; and conducting internal corporate investigations.
