Mr. Donahey is an Of Counsel in our Intellectual Property Litigation practice, based in the firm’s Boise office. He has over 15 years of major law firm experience litigating and trying high-stakes intellectual property matters and other complex business disputes on behalf of major corporations in both federal and state courts and before the United States International Trade Commission (ITC). His patent cases have involved a variety of technologies, such as semiconductor design, manufacturing processes, equipment, and packaging; computer hardware and software; and other electronics and telecommunications-related technologies.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Donahey was a partner with Sidley Austin LLP in San Francisco and also worked in the Silicon Valley office of Skjerven Morrill LLP.

Mr. Donahey is also active in pro bono matters on behalf of military veterans and maintains a practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Mr. Donahey is admitted to practice in Idaho and California.
