Ted Randolph

Ted Randolph is Counsel to Lowenstein Sandler’s Investment Management Group. His practice focuses on the formation, registration and operation of investment advisers, hedge and private equity funds and other privately offered fund structures. He regularly advises service providers to the funds industry.

Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, he was head of the hedge fund and investment management practice group of Wiggin and Dana LLP. He also previously served as senior vice president, associate general counsel at HSBC Securities Services where he was the primary attorney providing U.S. legal advice to both the New York-based and global operations of the HSBC’s Securities Services (HSS) Fund Services Division, one of the largest global administrators.
