Teresa Harrold Michaud advises on all aspects of dispute resolution. Her practice focuses on complex business disputes, class actions, and international arbitration. She is admitted to practice in California, Texas and New York, and is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales. Ms. Michaud spent time in the Dallas and London offices before joining the San Francisco office in the fall of 2013. She is an active member of and frequent author for the American Bar Association’s Class Action and Derivative Suits (CADS) Committee, and is a co-chair of CADS’s Emerging Issues Subgroup.
Practice Focus

Ms. Michaud’s litigation and arbitration practice primarily includes cross-border contract and business torts disputes, consumer class actions (state and federal statutory violations and data privacy concerns), intellectual property disputes, trade secret misappropriation, competition, as well as other statutory and common law claims.
