Teri Bailey has more than 29 years of experience in real property law and litigation. As an of counsel in Baker Donelson's Atlanta office, Ms. Bailey guides clients through almost all aspects of residential and commercial real estate issues. These include title insurance, quiet title and condemnation cases, boundary and survey disputes, encroachment and trespass cases, equitable subrogation claims, partitioning actions, mortgage fraud and regulatory claims, contract disputes, real estate brokerage disputes, professional negligence claims, construction defects litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, contested foreclosure litigation, covenant enforcement, premise liability claims, and business litigation.
Ms. Bailey also has experience closing residential and commercial real estate transactions, managed an in-house title insurance group for a large firm, and managed litigation departments for large firms. She has substantial lead counsel experience in bench and jury trials, appellate practice experience in all Georgia appellate courts, and is a certified mediator.
