Teresa Cella focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, with emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and real estate secured financing. Teresa has represented clients in connection with transactions involving office buildings, hotels, apartment complexes, industrial and warehouse buildings, medical office facilities, residential and commercial condominiums, and other commercial projects.

Teresa has significant experience in dealing with acquisitions, dispositions and financings of multifamily apartment complexes throughout the country, including many transactions involving Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and their delegated underwriters and servicers. She also advises clients concerning entity selection and organization, including joint ventures, limited liability companies and limited partnerships; restructurings of such entities; and transfers of interests therein.

Active in her pro bono practice, Teresa has represented nonprofits in connection with acquisitions, financings and leasing transactions. Teresa is also a member of the firm’s Boston office hiring committee.
