With over 28 years of litigation experience, Ted Eichelberger has handled a broad range of commercial and tort litigation matters for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Mr. Eichelberger currently concentrates his practice on medical malpractice and products liability cases. He is counsel to the largest teaching hospital in the Atlanta area, as well as the area’s only Level I trauma center. He is also counsel to a large chemical and polymers company in connection with its mass tort and asbestos-related litigation.

In addition to his tort-related litigation experience, Mr. Eichelberger also has substantial experience in commercial litigation, including cases involving antitrust law, copyright law, corporate takeover litigation and commercial sales agreements.

Mr. Eichelberger currently serves on the board of TargetCancer, an organization devoted to raising money to fund research into rare and lesser known cancers that lack specific treatment protocols.

Mr. Eichelberger received his J.D., cum laude, in 1985 from Notre Dame Law School, where he was a member and the executive editor of the Notre Dame Law Review. He received his B.S. from the University of Notre Dame in 1981.
