Theresa Fritz was raised in Brooklyn, New York and received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts Degree, in Political Science and Philosophy, from Binghamton University, after attending a Fine Arts program. She received her law degree from UCLA School of Law. Having been admitted in 1988 to practice law in California, she has over 25 years of experience as an Attorney.
Theresa Fritz is bi-lingual, English/Spanish. She has extensive experience in Labor & Employment law. She counsels new and established businesses, advising on the legal aspects of running a business, including start-up, business organizational planning, preparing contracts and regulation compliance, with an emphasis on implementing preventative measures. She advocates for her clients before government agencies and represents them before State & Federal Courts in litigation matters as well as Mediations and Arbitrations. Ms. Fritz' Fine Arts background allows for a unique insight into Arts related matters and Artist and Gallery representation.
