Thomas Kelly’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation. Tom has represented hedge funds, private equity firms, real estate developers, insurance companies, non-profits, municipalities and individuals in a variety of complex tort, contract, and bankruptcy-related matters.

Tom received his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law where he was a John Henry Wigmore scholar and an associate editor of the Northwestern University Law Review.
