A partner in the Boise office and a member of the Business, Corporate and Finance group, Mr. Chandler focuses his practice on counseling established and emerging companies, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Chandler has over 35 years of experience as outside counsel managing the day-to-day legal affairs for a wide range of businesses, from healthcare payors, suppliers and providers, to property developers and automotive dealers. He represents businesses at all stages of the corporate lifecycle, from entity formation through shareholder agreements, share issuance, sales of stock, mergers and acquisitions, vendor and customer contracts, business succession, talent development, executive compensation, and dissolution.

He is a trusted advisor to corporations, board members, and directors on both legal and practical issues impacting corporate governance.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Mr. Chandler practiced for many years at Hawley Troxell in Boise, where he chaired the Corporate practice group.

He also served on the board of directors of a community bank for more than 14 years, as a director of a private construction materials company for over 25 years, and on the advisory board of a fiberglass fabrication business.
