Thomas Holmberg represents clients with regard to natural gas, LNG and oil projects both in the United States and internationally in such areas as project structuring, contracting and governmental approvals. He provides legal counsel in negotiations involving sale and purchase agreements for LNG, natural gas and oil and for pipeline transportation agreements.

Mr. Holmberg advises clients on an array of regulatory issues, including contract and tariff matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). He has handled administrative and appellate litigation before the FERC and the courts on these matters. He also has represented clients before FERC in electricity market restructuring proceedings.
