Thomas "Chip" Munro is a litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. During his years of practice, Mr. Munro has concentrated in general commercial litigation with an emphasis on construction matters and product liability issues, both personal injury and commercial products disputes. In so doing, he regularly handles complex, multiparty arbitration and litigation in both state and federal court. The result of his substantial experience in the construction arena, Mr. Munro has been accepted by the American Arbitration Association as an arbitrator for construction industry disputes. He also regularly lectures on construction-related disputes. Mr. Munro is former chair of Foley’s Litigation Department in Tampa and a member and former chair of the firm’s Construction Practice. He is also a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice and the Hospitality, Resort & Golf and Sports Industry Teams.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Munro gained several years of experience in the design/engineering/construction industry in such diverse areas as aviation, mechanical equipment, and power generation.
