He advises energy and industrial clients in negotiations of air permits, including New Source Review; water permits; NEPA compliance and the preparation of environmental impact statements; environmental enforcement and negotiation with state and federal authorities; environmental due diligence in acquisitions and divestitures; and land use disputes including condemnation, eminent domain, riparian rights, and natural resource damages.
