Mr. Thomas Zellerbach

a partner in the Silicon Valley office, is a member of the Intellectual Property group.

Mr. Zellerbach focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and counseling with an emphasis on copyright, patent, trade secret, and trademark and false advertising issues. Mr. Zellerbach also has extensive experience in proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board for clients in a wide variety of industries.

Mr. Zellerbach served as a Deputy District Attorney in Alameda County in 1998, where he was undefeated in trials.
