Tom Holden focuses his practice on insurance coverage and bad faith matters. Tom represents insurers in cases throughout the United States, including advertising injury, construction defect, environmental, asbestos and other claims involving general liability, directors and officers, commercial auto and commercial property insurance.

Tom has handled appeals in the California Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, as well as the United States Courts of Appeals for the Sixth, Seventh, Ninth and Tenth Circuits. In addition to California, he has litigated cases in Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Wisconsin.
