Tom is a member of the Financial Industry Group, practicing in the area of Financial Services. Tom focuses on banking and business law with emphasis on structuring, negotiating and documenting a variety of financing transactions. These include syndicated facilities (secured and unsecured), acquisition financings, highly leveraged transactions, letters of credit, sales of receivables, and securitizations of loan assets.

He has also devoted a substantial amount of time to representing financial institutions in credit work-outs and restructurings, and has particular experience in lending under the Federal Reserve margin regulations. In addition, Tom advises financial institutions on compliance, disclosure and operational issues involving retail banking products.
