Tom Hendershot represents public and private companies, venture capital funds and private equity investors in connection with a variety of corporate transactions, including venture capital investments, the private placement of equity securities, and mergers and acquisitions. Tom also counsels clients on securities law compliance and general corporate law. He has worked with early stage and mature companies in a variety of industries, including government contracting, technology, telecommunications, healthcare and franchising. Tom also serves as outside general counsel to numerous non-profit entities in the Northern Virginia area.
