Tom Schramkowski is a partner in the Corporate Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Atlanta office.

Mr. Schramkowski represents private and public businesses in corporate matters across a wide range of industries such as agriculture, technology, manufacturing, energy, real estate, entertainment and hospitality, among others. He regularly advises clients on transactions involving private equity investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and complex partnerships. Mr. Schramkowski has substantial experience in drafting and negotiating complex acquisition agreements, commercial contracts, and partnership and LLC agreements, and frequently counsels businesses on a variety of regulatory and corporate governance issues.
