Thomas J. Stallings

Tom concentrates in healthcare law including medical staff privileges, healthcare contracts, state and federal self-referral and fraud and abuse prohibitions, professional and facility licensure, state and federal privacy and confidentiality requirements, managed care, Medicaid, Medicare, and third-party reimbursement and regulation, healthcare litigation, and certificate of public need matters.

He is a past chairman of the Board of Governors of the Virginia State Bar's Health Law Section and also served as vice chair, secretary, and newsletter editor of the section. Tom currently serves on the Health Law Section Council of the Virginia Bar Association.

After earning his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, Tom was a law clerk for the Honorable Boyce F. Martin, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
