Thomas Klein

Mr. Klein was admitted to practice law in California in 1989, in Texas in 1990, and in Washington D.C. in 1992. In addition, he was admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court in 1991 and the United States Court of International Trade in 1994. Mr. Klein’s practice focuses on corporate and securities representation, start-up and venture capital transactions, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions./p>

His practice includes representation of companies in formation, private and public financing, domestic and international technology strategies, and mergers and acquisition. Mr. Klein represents public and private companies in diverse industries including computer software and hardware; internet equipment, service, and content providers; semiconductors; biopharmaceuticals and medical devices; and venture capital. Mr. Klein has completed more than 100 venture capital transactions.
