Tom is a senior associate in the firm's Corporate & Securities Group, practicing in the area of transactions and related regulatory counseling.

Tom focuses on representing public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, securities offerings, joint ventures, venture capital, private equity investments and general corporate matters across various industries including: energy, oil and gas exploration and production and oilfield services, life sciences, manufacturing and technology, among others.

He also regularly negotiates commercial contracts related to manufacturing, technology, pharmaceuticals and health care products and services, including manufacturing agreements, supply agreements, rebate agreements, clinical trial agreements, purchase agreements, consulting agreements, and research and development collaborations.
