Thomas M. Regan joined the firm in June 1991 and is resident in the San Diego office. He is co-chair of the Subrogation & Recovery Department's West regional offices. Tom concentrates his practice in subrogation and recovery, flood litigation, inverse condemnation, public entity liability, construction claims, and construction litigation. Tom has spoken throughout the United States on issues involving property recovery/subrogation caused from fires, wind, rain, flood, wildfires, earthquakes, construction defect- including earth movement- engineering deficiencies and construction practices. He has also received AV Preeminent rating in Martindale-Hubbell.
Tom earned his Bachelor of Arts at the University of California at San Diego in 1979 and his law degree at the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in 1983.
