Tom practices in the area of federal and state corporate income tax. He has advised clients on the tax aspects of corporate restructurings, acquisitions, and dispositions and with tax controversies. Tom is a member of the American Bar Association (Taxation Section), the New York State Bar Association (Tax Section), the Illinois State Bar Association (Federal Taxation Section), and The Chicago Bar Association (Federal Taxation Section).
