Mr. Lee specializes in labor and employment law. He defends employers in a wide range of matters, including allegations of race, age, sex, disability, and sexual orientation discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination in violation of public policy, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations.
Mr. Lee has extensive experience in litigating and managing single plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class action lawsuits. He has successfully defeated wage and hour class action lawsuits on behalf of employers, such as those in the healthcare, retail, transportation, and staffing industries. His wage and hour class action experience includes claims for minimum wage, overtime pay, meal and rest break violations, and expense reimbursement. In addition, Mr. Lee has represented management in administrative hearings in front of the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. He also regularly counsels employers on employment related matters, such as wage and hour compliance and personnel actions.
