Thomas Kang focuses his practice on start-up counseling, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, corporate governance, general corporate and securities representations for technology and life sciences companies.

While attending law school, he worked as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Donald C. Pogue of the U.S. Court of International Trade.
