Thomas W. Hazlett is a commercial litigator who focuses on product liability, antitrust, intellectual property, and financial services disputes.

Mr. Hazlett has tried several cases to verdict, including multiple jury trials. He has handled appeals in state and federal courts and litigated motions for injunctive relief that included full evidentiary hearings.

Mr. Hazlett advises on antitrust and Robinson-Patman Act price discrimination issues, conducts insurance coverage analysis, develops regulatory compliance and risk mitigation strategies, and counsels on government relations matters.
