His financial services litigation experience includes lender representation in connection with ongoing nationwide mortgage litigation, real estate financing disputes, lease portfolios, letter of credit disputes, interest rate swaps, forged endorsements, and secured financings.

He has broad experience litigating commercial disputes, including manufacturing alliance agreements, acquisition agreements, printing agreements, finder’s fee, sale/leaseback and marketing contract matters, as well as environmental litigation.

In the healthcare arena, he has experience with provider compliance plans, billing investigations, False Claims Act cases, managed care agreements, physician practice agreements, shareholder redemption agreements, DME consulting contracts, nursing home licensure, enforcement, reimbursement and admission agreement matters.

For estate/personal litigation clients, he has handled actions regarding asset recovery, pre and post nuptial agreements, as well as fiduciary and charitable pledge litigation.
