Having served as both a legal practitioner and a forensic accountant, Tiffany approaches each case with a keen eye for detail. Her skills as an appellate attorney include analyzing lengthy and complex records on appeal, concisely summarizing the procedural history and relevant facts of cases, identifying key legal principles through focused research, evaluating potential issues, and crafting persuasive legal arguments.

Tiffany’s practice requires insight into complex cases where the lines are often blurred. A former research assistant at UC Hastings College of the Law, Tiffany’s knack for spotting issues, conducting precise legal research, and sharpening arguments through a rigorous editing process exemplify her thoughtful approach to enigmatic disputes.

A Global Perspective
In the early part of her career, Tiffany gained valuable international know-how working at the Beijing Arbitration Commission in China, as well as consulting with clients in Japan and Taiwan. Her experiences give her a unique insight into foreign practices, attuning her to nuances in legal culture and business dynamics which is essential to the ever-changing global economy.

Caring for the Community
Committed to giving back, Tiffany uses her free time to volunteer at the AABA/APILO Monthly Immigration Clinic in San Francisco. During law school, she served as a Mandarin and Cantonese interpreter for the Legal Advice and Referral clinic at Hastings College of the Law, and was a member of the school’s Pro Bono Society. She has also worked previously with Bay Area Legal Aid, representing at-risk clients at administrative hearings and settlement conferences.

Before Archer Norris
Tiffany worked previously at a healthcare litigation law firm in Oakland, California. In addition to her appellate practice, she focused on matters including HIPAA and state law privacy issues, federal and state employment claims, and unfair and deceptive business practice class actions. She served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Joseph C. Spero in the United States District Court, Northern District of California, as well as a graduate fellow for the California Department of Insurance.
