Timothy A. Duffy

is a partner in the Chicago office. His practice encompasses all aspects of litigation, with a particular focus on commercial litigation, accounting litigation, corporate governance and shareholder litigation, mass tort litigation, and appeals. He also has extensive experience counseling and litigating on behalf of a broad spectrum of clients in the area of non-competition law. Since joining K&E after his clerkship on the D.C. Circuit, Tim has represented several clients in a wide variety of matters in state and federal courts across the country.
