Tim Wolfe represents employers in employment and labor law matters. Tim litigates and counsels numerous clients on issues related to compliance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Older Worker Benefit Protection Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Illinois Human Rights Act. He also advises clients and litigates cases involving the Fair Labor Standards Act and comparable state laws. Tim has also works closely with clients to develop clear and effective policies and procedures that comply with employment laws including workforce reductions and post-employment restrictive covenants.
Tim has drafted numerous employee handbooks and other employment law policies. For example, Tim obtained defense verdicts on behalf of a number of clients, including an agricultural processing company accused of unlawful discrimination and retaliation in the Circuit Court for Macon County, Illinois.
