Tim advises entities and individuals on the tax consequences of a wide variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, joint ventures, and restructurings of corporations and partnerships. In addition, he represents clients in disputes with federal and state and local taxing authorities, and has extensive estate planning experience.
Rejoining Bryan Cave HRO in 2013 after being with the firm from 2006 to 2012, Tim brings previous experience in Colorado and New Mexico. He was a tax associate in Santa Fe, New Mexico, from 2003 to 2006, and served as an attorney-advisor to the Honorable Renato Beghe of the United States Tax Court from 2001 to 2003.
