Timothy E. Maguire

Tim Maguire concentrates his practice on complex litigation, fraud prevention and white collar criminal defense, securities and financial litigation. He has conducted internal corporate investigations for both publicly-traded and privately-held companies and provided representation in defense of various criminal charges and in connection with investigations conducted, and subpoenas issued, by governmental agencies across the country, including a variety of State and Federal law enforcement authorities. Tim has a broad range of experience in complex commercial and business litigation, including disputes involving large and closely held corporations, shareholders, partners, fiduciaries, trade secrets and intellectual property, commercial and residential real estate, secured creditors and accountant malpractice. Tim is a former prosecutor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and has extensive jury trial experience. He has also briefed and argued numerous appeals in both State and Federal appellate courts.
