Timothy J. Holdsworth is an associate in the Labor & Employment Law, Construction and Design Law, and Home Owner's Associations practice groups at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. As a member of the Firm's Labor & Employment practice group, Mr. Holdsworth represents and advises employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour claims, employment discrimination, harrassment, and retaliation claims, and violations of non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements. As a member of the Firm's Home Owner's Associations practice group, Mr. Holdsworth handles Fair Housing Act claims and accessibility claims brought under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act against homeowner's assocations and property management companies.
Mr. Holdsworth received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Holdsworth served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and interned for the Honorable John J. Goger in the Superior Court of Fulton County.
Mr. Holdsworth received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, where he graduated magna cum laude with a double major in History and Classical Culture. After law school, Mr. Holdsworth clerked for Magistrate Judge Brian K. Epps in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
