Dickinson Wright/Mariscal Weeks is pleased to announce that Attorney Timothy J. Thomason has been named the Phoenix Real Estate Litigation Lawyer of the Year for 2013 by Best Lawyers in America.

Mr. Thomason is a Member in the firm’s Phoenix office. He has over 28 years of litigation experience in federal and state courts and arbitration tribunals. His practice focuses primarily on litigation involving professional liability, real property, financial institutions, trust and estate litigation, commercial disputes, title insurance and escrow. He is a Fellow of both the American College of Trial Lawyers and the Litigation Counsel of America. He serves as Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court and is an American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitrator. Mr. Thomason received his B.A. from Creighton University and his J.D. from the University of Iowa.
