Timothy, an associate in the litigation department since 2010, focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes, including representing financial services companies and clients involved in antitrust litigation. He has also represented major pharmaceutical companies involved in False Claims Act litigation in a number of jurisdictions.

Timothy’s pro bono practice includes procuring a successful settlement for a public housing tenant whose family endured several years of dangerous and substandard living conditions, and also assisting a client who had recently immigrated from China to obtain a favorable child support order in connection with her divorce proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, Timothy worked as a law clerk to the Hon. Douglas P. Woodlock, of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
