Tim represents a number of private equity firms in leveraged buyouts and acquisitions as well as mezzanine debt and minority equity investments. He also represents public and privately held companies in a variety of industries, advising them in connection with debt and equity financings and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to practicing law, Tim worked as a C.P.A. and senior auditor in the audit department of Deloitte. In that capacity, he serviced clients in the healthcare, manufacturing and defense contracting industries.
